Seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a large HR transformation project in the public sector in NRW, Germany. The role involves advising, implementing, and supporting the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.
Project overview
For our client in the public sector in NRW, we are currently looking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to support a comprehensive HR transformation project.
Responsibilities
Consulting and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
Support with the migration of existing HR systems and data
Design and implementation of interfaces and system integrations
Support of tests, go-live, and subsequent stabilization
Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes
Collaboration with business departments and technical project teams
Knowledge:
Experience in the public sector is an advantage
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Knowledge of HR processes and system integrations
Experience in migrations and transformation projects
Knowledge in test management and go-live support
Structured and independent way of working
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
