As an interim manager, you will lead one or more ambulance stations within Ambulance Care Gelderland-Zuid. You will manage a team of professionals, coach employees, and oversee quality, continuity, and efficiency of services.

As an interim manager, you will lead one or more ambulance stations within Ambulance Care Gelderland-Zuid.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Managing a team of professionals working in ambulance care
- Coaching employees in a constantly changing work environment
- Managing personnel issues, absenteeism, development, and employability
- Overseeing the quality, continuity, and efficiency of the services provided
- Advising management and the board on operational and tactical issues
- Coordinating with partners, both internal and external, within the acute care chain
- Improving processes and contributing to the development of the organization
- Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years, gained in the last 10 years, in a broad management role within healthcare
- Diploma at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- Availability from December 1, 2026, for an average of 32 to 36 hours per week for the entire duration of the assignment
- Knowledge of ambulance care and/or healthcare organizations in the Gelderland-Zuid region is a plus
- Experience with safety regions and/or regional healthcare networks is a plus
- Experience with collaboration with chain partners within acute care is a plus
