Required Skills / Qualities:

- Diagnoses incidents in case of problems observed on the network, on servers or in case of user alert
- Performs the start-up, shut-down and permanent monitoring of resources with reference to the day's work schedule
- Alerts and intervenes on incidents
- Launches recovery tools or commands (manual recovery, resource reconfiguration, file copying, backup operations…)
- Resumes work after resolution
- Feeds the incident database
- Maintains control documentation MAINTENANCE OF GENERAL PRODUCTION CONDITIONS:
- Ensures the availability of physical resources (disks, robots, automatons…) and logical resources (software, disk space, power…)
