Process Director Care and Safety

Project overview

As a process director for care and safety, you advise and support professionals with complex safety issues. You help the Execution team and the Wmo consultants to apply the revised working method and to independently manage cases.

Method of operation

You carry out the activities independently and coordinate with stakeholders within the team or with the coordinator of the Execution Team where necessary. You have freedom in working methods, location, and planning, as long as you deliver the agreed-upon results within the specified timeframe.

You are not part of the line organization and do not replace an employee. You monitor your deployment, resources, and planning in consultation with the coordinator.

The municipality of Waterland is a relatively small municipality. Typical of the organization are the 'everyone knows everyone' feeling and the short, informal lines. Change is the only constant, and that also applies to the municipality of Waterland.

• You advise and support the Execution team in drawing up Top 3 plans, together with professionals from the Regional Safety team.
• You advise and support Wmo consultants with complex safety cases, including cases without children that are referred via the police or Veilig Thuis.
• You transfer knowledge and experience so that Wmo consultants can independently handle this casework afterwards and take the lead.
• You advise and support the Youth Care Director in the revised working method.
• You set up a process management file in which agreements, progress, evaluations, and any escalation or de-escalation are recorded transparently.
• You clear the waiting list for Youth Care Management.
• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Demonstrably in possession of a valid SKJ registration (registration number and expiry date clearly visible)
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the social domain and/or care domain in the past 5 years
• Available for 32 hours per week for the entire duration of the assignment and all possible extensions
• Demonstrable knowledge of domestic violence, child abuse, complex divorces, and mild intellectual disabilities (LVB)
• Demonstrably able to work integrally
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Wmo and Youth Act
• You have demonstrable work experience with the Top 3 methodology as applied in the Proeftuin
• Demonstrable familiarity with the social map of Zaanstreek-Waterland
