Seeking an interim professional to strengthen and anchor the financial function of 1Stroom, focusing on developing and implementing improvements, enhancing the Planning & Control cycle, and professionalizing financial advice.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on strengthening and anchoring the financial function of 1Stroom.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Supporting the organization in the further elaboration, implementation, and safeguarding of the Financial Function development agenda
- Strengthening the financial foundation by elaborating and safeguarding improvement measures
- Further developing the Planning & Control cycle, including forecasting, budget control, and monthly cyclical work
- Professionalizing financial advice towards management and board
- Promoting ownership and collaboration within the financial chain
- Documenting work processes and delivering a development agenda for the next phase towards reorganization
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable work experience within municipal finance
- Demonstrable experience with organizational development and professionalization of financial functions in a municipal organization, supported by a concrete practical example
- Experience gained with Planning & Control processes, financial control, and corporate control
- Experience with implementing organization-wide improvement and change initiatives
- CV of maximum 5 pages, excluding cover letter and cover sheet, drawn up in Dutch, with at least two references
