Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Project overview

For a multi-year transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support an extensive SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role offers the opportunity to shape and manage a strategic major project from the outset.

Responsibilities

You will support project management in steering, planning, and prioritizing various project streams. This includes governance, time and resource management, as well as budget controlling and risk management. You will be responsible for process harmonization in Finance and Controlling, as well as master data management. A focus will be on end-to-end integration with clear decision paths and coordinated target process models.

Further responsibilities include the professionalization of project management, knowledge transfer, and the establishment of standardized methods. You will ensure knowledge transfer to the business departments through structured enablement and training. Interface management, portfolio and resource steering, as well as consistent monitoring and reporting are also part of your tasks. You will prepare decision proposals tailored to the audience for management committees.

In addition, you will be responsible for stakeholder and communication management, moderate workshops, and support change, rollout, and cutover activities up to operational readiness.

Requirements

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in SAP transformations, sound project management know-how, and an understanding of Finance and Controlling processes. Fluent German and English skills are required.

Framework:

Full-time position from January 2027 to June 2028.
