Responsibilities

• Independent leadership of the Compensation & Variable Pay sub-project
• Recording, analysis, and coordination of functional requirements
• Creation and maintenance of an agreed requirements backlog
• Configuration and customizing of the SAP SuccessFactors modules Compensation and Variable Pay
• Creation of status reports on project progress, risks, and issues
• Planning and coordination of module-specific cutover activities
• Functional coordination with clients and project stakeholders

Requirements

Utilization: 20%

Due to client requirements, project-related employment is assumed.

• Several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Sound knowledge of the Compensation and Variable Pay modules
• Very good understanding of functional compensation and bonus processes
• Experience in independently leading SAP sub-projects
• Practical experience in requirements management and module customizing
• Knowledge of cutover planning and project status reporting
• Independent, structured, and communicative way of working
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
