Mandatory Requirements

For a significant DC grid expansion project, we are looking for an experienced scheduler (m/f/d) for the operational scheduling of a subproject or construction lot.

You will be responsible for the L3 control schedule and the associated TILOS plan for the respective planning approval section or construction lot. The focus is on the timeliness, quality, and transparency of the schedule, as well as close coordination with subproject management, construction lot management, the PMO, and the overall schedule.

Regular presence on the construction site is required during the construction phase.

• Practical experience in operational scheduling with Primavera P6
• Practical and confident experience with TILOS
• Several years of experience in schedule management for construction or infrastructure projects
• Willingness for an on-site component of approx. 60% in Göttingen or on the construction site in Witzenhausen
• Start: expected December 2026
• Duration: until December 31, 2027
• Extension option: available
• Scope: approx. 40 hours per week
• Utilization: 100 %

• Creation, maintenance, and updating of the L3 control schedule and the TILOS plan
• Mapping of project goals, deliverables, work packages, dependencies, and milestones
• Definition and further development of the schedule baseline
• Integration of control and detailed schedules into the overarching master schedule
• Execution of schedule analyses, forecasts, and scenario considerations
• Evaluation of schedule deviations and development of suitable countermeasures
• Review of detailed schedules and ensuring quality-assured integration
• Implementation of the WBS, support with change requests, and timely schedule reporting
• Completed degree related to project management or construction
• Several years of professional experience in operational schedule management
• Experience in large infrastructure or construction projects
• Knowledge of the different planning and construction phases of infrastructure projects
• Confident use of Primavera P6 and TILOS
• Experience with baselines, forecasts, scenarios, WBS, and control metrics
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Structured way of working, quick comprehension, and willingness to travel
