An industrial AI R&D team is expanding. They design models from research and bring them into production, particularly for fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) use cases.

Mission

The consultant will act as both a Senior Applied Scientist and Research Engineer, bridging the gap between research work and its production implementation.

Essential Skills / Qualities:

PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Industrialization of AI models, Production deployment and automation of R&D deliverables, Design of models from the scientific state-of-the-art, Transformation of research work into deployable solutions

• Design and evolve AI models within the R&D team, leveraging the scientific state-of-the-art.
• Deploy and automate deliverables from research-based R&D projects, including pipelines, packaging, and production deployment.
• Industrialize models, ensuring their robustness, reproducibility, and performance monitoring in production.
• Contribute, depending on the projects, to the design of LLM agents and agentic systems.
• Apply this work to fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) challenges.
