Senior Business Process Consultant Finance

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant (m/f/d) in the Finance sector for a demanding project at a location in Germany. The position is designed with a 90% remote share and offers maximum flexibility.

Your tasks include the comprehensive analysis and optimization of financial processes. You will evaluate product solutions, create decision matrices, and make well-founded recommendations. You will validate and further develop existing business processes by reviewing and optimizing current and target process concepts.

A focus lies on the development of a cross-system process and solution architecture. You will assign processes and functions to different systems, define interfaces and responsibilities, as well as end-to-end processes. In doing so, you will create detailed functional requirements and actionable concepts for implementation partners.

Furthermore, you will take over the functional guidance and coordination of the implementation partners. You will ensure that cross-system dependencies are coordinated and that the target processes are implemented consistently.

The project starts in November 2026 and is designed for 14 months. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in financial process optimization, system integration, and project management. Ideally, you have knowledge of relevant ERP systems and have already successfully managed similar transformation projects.
