We are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in AI compliance and personal data protection to support an organization in complying with the European AI Act and GDPR for its AI projects.
Project overview
As part of a regulatory compliance program, we are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in AI compliance and personal data protection.
The consultant will address issues related to the European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act) and GDPR, in order to support the organization in complying with its uses and projects involving artificial intelligence.
Main missions
We are looking for an experienced or senior consultant with solid experience in regulatory compliance, personal data protection, and/or artificial intelligence governance.

Mission carried out within an environment involving Data and Artificial Intelligence challenges, with a strong regulatory and compliance component.
The consultant will work with the relevant teams to support the compliance of artificial intelligence uses and projects with the European Regulation on AI (AI Act) and GDPR.
Interlocutors may notably come from legal, compliance, DPO, IT, and Data functions.
- Support compliance with the European Regulation on AI (AI Act).
- Analyze artificial intelligence uses and systems against regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks related to personal data processing and AI applications.
- Ensure GDPR requirements are taken into account in projects involving AI.
- Perform gap analyses and contribute to defining compliance action plans.
- Support teams in implementing regulatory requirements.
- Participate in discussions around AI governance and risk management.
- Formalize analyses, recommendations, and deliverables associated with the mission.
- Excellent command of GDPR and personal data protection issues.
- Good knowledge of the European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act).
- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance.
- Ability to analyze the regulatory impacts of AI uses.
- Knowledge of issues related to Data and artificial intelligence systems.
- Ability to formalize recommendations and support their implementation.
- Experience in supporting large accounts on GDPR and compliance topics.
- Initial concrete experience on AI Act related projects.
- Knowledge of DPO, legal, compliance, IT, and Data environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, and synthesis ability.
