Seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in AI compliance and personal data protection to support regulatory compliance within a program focused on Data and Artificial Intelligence.
Project overview
Context
As part of a regulatory compliance program, we are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in AI compliance and personal data protection.
The mission takes place in an environment integrating Data and Artificial Intelligence challenges, with a strong regulatory and compliance component. The consultant will work with the relevant teams to support the compliance of artificial intelligence uses and projects with the European AI Act (AI Act / RIA) and GDPR.
Interlocutors may notably come from legal, compliance, DPO, IT, and Data functions.

Working Conditions
- Support compliance with the European AI Act (AI Act / RIA).
- Analyze artificial intelligence uses and systems with regard to regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks related to personal data processing and AI applications.
- Ensure that GDPR requirements are taken into account in projects involving AI.
- Perform gap analyses and contribute to defining compliance action plans.
- Support teams in implementing regulatory requirements.
- Participate in discussions around AI governance and risk management.
- Formalize analyses, recommendations, and deliverables associated with the mission.
