Project overview

The assignment focuses on further professionalizing functional management within the social domain at the OWO municipalities.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Further developing existing agreements and working methods within the cluster
• Actively participating at a senior level in complex issues
• Coaching and supporting colleagues in their daily activities
• Professionalizing operational processes within functional management
• Supporting the management of suppliers, performance, incidents, and changes
• Collaborating with the team leader in steering quality, development, and results
• Strengthening process-oriented and chain-oriented working within information provision
• Identifying organizational prerequisites and proposing improvements
• Establishing development goals and milestones together with the team leader and department head
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional management, with at least 2 years at a senior level
• Demonstrable experience in supporting employees or teams in professionalizing functional management
• HBO work and thinking level, through education or relevant work experience
• Experience in guiding functional administrators in daily practice
• Experience with process-oriented and chain-oriented functional management
• Experience with managing suppliers, changes, and the quality of information provision
• Preferably experience within a municipal organization and the social domain
• Preferably experience with PinkRoccade applications for the social domain
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
