Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to contribute to the HR organization of Schiphol Group, collaborating with internal and external HR colleagues and coaching the HRBP team.
Project overview
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will contribute to the HR organization of Schiphol Group:
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Collaborating with various internal and external HR colleagues within Schiphol's complex stakeholder field to realize HR files and projects
- Coaching your own HRBP team focused on a clear working method and consistent quality of advice
- Guiding projects together with the HR Hub, the business, or your own HR team
- Acting on behalf of the Head(s) of the Business Team and directing improvements within the business or HR organization
- Advising on organizational changes and the associated personnel consequences
- Completed HBO/WO education in HR or Business Administration
- Demonstrable WO work and thinking level with in-depth HR expertise
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an all-round, business-facing HR business partner role within complex (medium) large corporate organizations
- Thorough knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations and the ability to assess risks and resolve or escalate files in a timely manner
- Experience within comparable organizations
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
- Persuasiveness and the ability to anticipate future challenges
- Environmental awareness and experience in guiding organizational changes
