Senior Information Provision Advisor (Interim)

Project overview

As a senior advisor, you will work on information provision within the social domain (Youth Act and Wmo):

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Following and interpreting developments in information provision, including legislation, at a strategic level
• Translating and visualizing domain and reference architecture into existing and future products and services
• Clarifying complex issues regarding the further development of information provision, such as localization, authorization, and data consistency
• Monitoring the quality, consistency, and interoperability of data with partners such as the Inlichtingenbureau and VECOZO
• Initiating and developing new data applications based on iWmo and iJW message traffic, and handling data requests
• Participating in the reference process of iStandaarden and in consultations on architecture and standards
• Maintaining relationships with chain partners such as ZIN, Platform IZO, Nictiz, VECOZO, and VWS, and co-organizing the Strategic software supplier consultation
• University work and thinking level, preferably in an information science or business administration direction
• At least 5 years of experience, gained in the last 10 years, with standards and architecture within the social domain (Youth Act and Wmo)
• Experience with setting up management cycles, participating in reference processes, and associated stakeholder management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the social domain with software applications, infrastructure, or data usage
• A network within the social domain, for example through collaboration with VWS, ZIN, Nictiz, VECOZO, or Platform IZO
• Preferably experience with iStandaarden and chain infrastructure, visualizing complex processes, data analysis, and architecture advice
