For our client, a grid operator, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager or a small consulting team for the selection and introduction of a central ticket or IT Service Management system.

• Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager in complex transformation or implementation projects
• Sound knowledge in the area of ticketing, helpdesk, or ITSM solutions
• Experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management
• Know-how in tender and awarding processes
• Ideally, experience in the KRITIS, energy supplier, or infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, as well as ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable platforms is an advantage
• Fluent German language skills
