(Senior) IT Recruiter

Project overview

For an internationally active company in the IT and technology services sector, we are looking for an experienced interim Talent Acquisition Partner to support the internal recruiting team on short notice.

The focus is on independent end-to-end recruiting of demanding IT, Cloud, Consulting, and Professional Services positions within the DACH region.

Project Framework

Responsibilities

Independent management of the entire recruiting process from briefing to offer stage

Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels

Filling positions in the areas of IT, Cloud, Presales, Solution Architecture, and Consulting

Conducting candidate interviews and managing selection processes

Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders

Building qualified candidate pipelines and recruiting reporting

Maintenance and documentation of recruiting activities in the applicant management system

Requirements

Several years of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition

In-depth experience in independent end-to-end recruiting

Very good knowledge of active sourcing, especially LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience in filling technical IT and consulting positions

Confident stakeholder management with Hiring Managers

Good knowledge of the DACH IT job market

Experience with ATS systems

Fluent German and English skills
