ServiceNow SOM Expert

Project overview

For an ongoing customer project, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow expert with in-depth expertise in Service Operations Management (SOM). The project focuses on the further development and optimization of existing ServiceNow structures and their integration into a complex system landscape.

Your tasks include the implementation and further development of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Service Operations Management, the analysis, conception, and implementation of SOM processes within the platform, and the design of SOM interfaces to connected third-party systems. You will deal with product modeling, especially in the context of service-based offerings, and map and implement Sales Order Management processes in ServiceNow.

Furthermore, you will design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems and work closely with specialist departments and technical teams for requirements analysis and solution definition.

For this position, you need several years of demonstrable experience with ServiceNow, especially in the SOM area, as well as in-depth knowledge in the implementation of SOM interfaces. Experience in product modeling within ServiceNow, a deep understanding of Sales Order Management processes, and practical experience in integrating ServiceNow with SAP are required. You should have experience in complex system landscapes and integration scenarios, and be able to work in a structured and independent manner.

The project is designed for 6 months and will be carried out with 100% utilization. Collaboration in a nearshore model is possible. The position is fully remote. Please only apply if you fully meet all stated requirements.
