Software Contract Management Lead

Project overview

Context

The beneficiary wishes to receive support services to ensure the implementation of a contract management service from a software asset management perspective, within the framework of certain software contracts.

Missions

• Responsibility for the process to manage new software needs for the assigned scope
• Single point of contact within the group for capturing, costing, and validating new business needs
• Ability for critical analysis of software contracts and business needs
• Provisioning of license keys for the business in the publisher's portal
• Management of access to publisher portals
• Management of internal billing: annual updating of business invoices following new needs, transfers, and purchases made
• Committee facilitation: facilitation of follow-up committees with the supplier and internally
• Documentation of the process and communication to internal stakeholders (French and English)
• Daily communication with the bank's internal businesses, various teams (Purchasing, Legal, IT...), and the publisher in English and French
• Development and daily updating of repositories necessary for the activity and monitoring of purchases for all businesses
• Optimization of the inventory through possible contractual mechanisms in line with the management principles defined by Senior Management and in line with the group strategy
• Regular reporting and precise monitoring of consumption and requests
