Team Lead OT (interim)

Project overview

As Team Lead Local OT, you are responsible for the continuity and further professionalization of the OT environment within a production organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Ensuring stable, secure, and future-proof OT systems, including utilities
• Taking the technical lead on complex issues, design choices, projects, and incidents
• Managing and coaching a team of OT Engineers on development and collaboration
• Managing the daily operations, processes, and budget of the local OT team
• Contributing to the further development of both the OT strategy and the OT organization
• Participating in a 24/7 on-call roster if necessary
• Completed technical HBO education, for example in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Technical Informatics
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation and OT, with part of it in a leadership role
• Solid technical background in industrial systems, with experience in leading engineers and projects
• Broad knowledge of PLC and SCADA environments, supplemented with related technologies such as servers, networks, workstations, databases, and MES
• Work experience within production-critical OT environments where continuity, security, and reliability are paramount
• Strong communication skills towards management, engineers, and operators
• Pragmatic and decisive attitude with an overview in a dynamic production environment
