Test Coordinator (interim)

Project overview

As test coordinator, you ensure the quality around the implementation of new OMS and GIS systems and the associated data migration.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop the overarching test strategy, the test approach, and the planning of the tests
• Coordinate and monitor all test activities within OMS, GIS, data migrations, and system integrations
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts based on management, maintenance, asset management, and geo-information processes
• Arrange and guide functional tests, integration tests, migration tests, and user acceptance tests
• Prepare and guide key users, administrators, and process owners
• Ensure the quality, completeness, and reliability of migrated asset, object, and geo-data
• Direct the checking of interfaces and data exchange between OMS, GIS, and the data platform
• Set up the process for findings and ensure timely resolution by suppliers
• Identify risks to quality, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and advise on appropriate control measures
• Advise the project manager on release decisions, go/no-go moments, and the commissioning of the systems
• Completed relevant education at HBO or WO level
• Minimum of three years of demonstrable experience as a test coordinator in complex ICT implementation projects
• Demonstrable experience with data quality and migrating asset, object, and/or geographical data
• Demonstrable experience with chain testing where process, system, data, and integrations are tested jointly
• Demonstrable experience with preparing and guiding user acceptance tests
• Demonstrable experience with testing the coherence between asset data, object registrations, geographical data, system integrations, and maintenance processes in an integrated OMS/GIS environment
• Demonstrable experience with projects involving multiple suppliers
