Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Representing the team and the organization in the management team
- Leading a team with diverse experience levels, from trainee to senior
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities within the team
- Guiding the team through change processes and development tasks
- Acting as a sparring partner in prioritizing and assessing supervision issues
- Stimulating the various specialisms within the team and monitoring the knowledge level
- Ensuring connection between the team, other teams, and the management
- HBO or WO work and thinking level
- Experience in an administrative or politically sensitive context
- Demonstrable leadership experience
- Skill in guiding and motivating employees and teams
- Skill in using different leadership styles and communication forms
- Connecting and communicative personality
- Demonstrable work experience in realizing change tasks
- Affinity with environment, living environment, and societal issues
- Work experience within a government organization
- More than five years of experience in a leadership role managing a team
- Completed HBO or WO education
